30-Day refunds & replacements

At Trynexy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.

You're eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your product arrives damaged
Your item has a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item

How to start a refund claim

Contact us at support@trynexy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos or a video of the issue.

Tip: Clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles — plus a short video if the issue involves the pump or a moving part — help us process your claim faster.

We don't offer refunds for:

Change-of-mind returns
Incorrect variant or colour chosen by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse
Defect that appeared later? If the issue developed after arrival — a failing zipper, a pump motor that stops working, stitching coming undone — it's covered under our 24-month warranty below, not this refund policy.

Return shipping

We cover it
If the issue is our responsibility — faulty, damaged, or wrong item — we cover the return shipping.
You cover it
If the issue doesn't fall under this policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

24-month limited warranty

Every Smart Vacuum Backpack™ comes with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects that appear within two years of delivery. We stand behind the quality and durability of what we build.

What's covered

Faulty zippers, stitching, seams, or material defects
Electrical malfunction of the vacuum pump (if included)
Broken buckles, straps, or hardware caused by manufacturing defects
Structural failures that occur under normal intended use

What's not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to over-packing
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

How to make a warranty claim

If you experience an issue, contact us at support@trynexy.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
A short description of the problem

Warranty review time

We usually review warranty claims within 2–3 business days and provide a repair or replacement if the defect is covered. Replacement parts or items may be new or refurbished to the same quality standard.
