At Trynexy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement If:

  • Your product arrives damaged
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

How to Start a Claim

To start a claim, contact us at info@trynexy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos or a video of the issue.


We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Incorrect variant or colour chosen by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse

Return Shipping

If the issue is our responsibility (faulty, damaged, wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

If the issue does not fall under our policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
